Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately.

If you no longer have the app

Email connect@zentrixai.in from the phone number you registered with, or include that number in the message so we can find your account. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile — name, email, date of birth, gender, income range and location
• Your wallet and any coin balance in it
• Your task history: videos, posters, polls, surveys and downloads you completed
• Saved coupons and coupon activity
• Your saved bank account for payouts
• Any "I'm interested" enquiries you sent to advertisers
• Share links you created and their click history
• Notifications and the push registration for your devices
• Screenshots you uploaded as download proof

Deleting is permanent. An unwithdrawn coin balance is forfeited and cannot be restored.

What we keep, and why

Three things outlive the account, and none of them can identify you once it is gone:

• Payment records — completed payout records and the money ledger are retained for financial and tax record-keeping, as permitted by Google Play's User Data policy. Your UPI ID and the account holder's name are erased from them. The remaining rows keep the amount, the date, the bank's reference and the bank code and last four digits of the account, and carry no name, phone number or handle.
• Bank account fingerprint — a one-way code made from the account number, from which the number cannot be worked out, with the bank code and last four digits. It is kept so that the same bank account cannot be added to another AdPe account to collect payouts twice. It holds no account number and no name.
• Poll and survey answers — the answers themselves are kept as anonymous research for the advertiser who commissioned them. The link to you is removed, so they can no longer be traced back to your account.

One thing that can delay it

If you have a payout that is still waiting to be paid, deletion is held until that payout is completed or refunded — otherwise we would either pay an account that no longer exists or drop money you are owed. The app tells you if this applies, and you can delete as soon as the payout settles.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

Your saved bank account for payouts — remove it yourself, in the app. It takes effect immediately.

This deletes the account number and IFSC we hold. Your next withdrawal will ask for bank details again. A fingerprint of the bank account, which holds no account number, is kept so that it stays linked to this AdPe account only. It can't be removed while a payout to it is still waiting; remove it once that payout arrives. Records of payouts already made — amount, date, the bank's reference, the bank code, the last four digits of the account and the account holder's name — are kept for eight financial years as financial records, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Anything else — for example your email address, date of birth, location, task history or notifications — email connect@zentrixai.in with the phone number you registered with and what you'd like deleted. Requests are actioned within 30 days. Data we must keep by law, such as payment records, is kept for the period above.
